About Account Processing: In order to Start your Clantoolz Account, we require two types of information from you. The first type is for our customer records and consists of your full name, e-mail address, clan name/tag and a user name and password. All shipping information we may collect is kept in the form of shipping documentation only and is not part of our customer account records. The second type of information is exclusive to the credit card authentication process. With the exception of a unique transaction number, your name, your address and phone number this second type of information is not kept by Clantoolz.com in any form. We receive an authorization to complete your transaction, we record your purchase and the job is complete.
